Public School Dental Screenings

With the help of dentists and dental professionals who volunteer their time, we conduct dental screenings at elementary schools in the New River Valley.  The schools follow up with a letter to parents/guardians with recommendations for follow-up care.

Dental Supplies Distribution

We donate toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental kits to children across the New River Valley. Since June 2017, we have made the following donations:

Montgomery County Head Start: 2,592 toothbrushes

Giles County Head Start: 65 toothbrushes and 65 toothpaste

Baby Store of Montgomery County:  132 toothbrushes  and 144 toothpaste

Montgomery County Public Schools: 24 toothbrushes and toothpaste

Giles County Public Schools: 130 toothbrushes, 142 toothpaste, 140 packs of flossers, 196 dental kits

Floyd County Public Schools: 300 dental kits

Pulaski County Public Schools: 310 dental kits

Serving the counties of Montgomery, Floyd, Giles, and Pulaski and the City of Radford, including Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Riner, Radford, Floyd, and Pulaski, Virginia.
